Over the course of a long career, we’ve seen both the value of change done well — and the cost of change done poorly.

Working at senior levels across operationally complex organisations has shown us that technology only delivers value when it is applied with context, restraint, and clear ownership. Tools are rarely the limiting factor. Understanding, governance, and decision quality usually are.
